The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in
called session on the above date at 5:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Room
in the Memorial Auditorium Buildinf-, srith the following members present:

Mayor Jones stated this meeting had been called for consideration
of various natters of importance to the City.
Moved by Alderman Spragins that the Board of Aldermen approve and
authorize the granting of a pipe line right-oaf-j.iV easela-nt, to the Texas
Pipe Line Company through the follo�ing described tracts of land;
Tract 1: All of those certain lots, tracts, or parcels of 'Land
situated in and being a part of Blocks
g 34 and 27 of Denton County School
Land, League 1 Abstract
5 , and being the parts of said blocks described
in that certain deed dated Jane /�, 1946, from I. H. Kempner to the City of
Wichita Falls, and recorded im Volume 435, page 152, of the Deed Records
of Wichita County, Texas, to 'Wrlich said deed and the record thereof
reference is here made for further description.
Tract 2: All of those certain lots, tracts, or parcels of land being:
(1) A part of the A. F. C:i3,"811 Survey, Abstract 346
containing 2.58 acres of land, more or less, and that certain 1-acre
tract of land out of Block 9, John A. Scott Survey 91 Abstract u

for a consideration of $231.50, and to authorize and empo;.rer Mayor Harold
