Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Appropriating $4,500 In Program Income To The Ryan White Part B
Grant Revenue Fund For The Early Intervention Program Of The
Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District.
WHEREAS, the Early Intervention Program of the Wichita Falls — Wichita County
Public Health District has generated program income; and
WHEREAS, the approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to
the adoption of 2009-2010 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Ryan White Part B Grant Special Revenue
Fund $4,500 for the Early Intervention Program.
