Fred Procorio appeared before the Council, requestinE, the City to
pave one block on North Third Street from North Broadway to Scotland Park.
The matter was referr(;d to the City Lngineer for an estiriate of the cost of
the project.

objection voiced against this Ordinance, the following motion was had:
