463 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building February 23, 1948 The Board of Aldermen of the City of '�ss'igiita Falls, Texas, met in regular session on the above date at 7-30 o'cloc0h the Council Room of the Memcrial Auditorium Building, with the following me,abers present: W. Henderson,, City Clerk The Minutes of the regular meeting held February 9, 1948, were read and approved as read. A representative of the Wichita Falls Trades & Labor Council presented a Resolution signed by Clyde Tittle, H. M. Watson, and L. W. Calloway, requesting the Council to select one member from the said Wichita Falls Trades & Labor Council to serve on the local Policemens & Firemens Civil Service Board. The committee was assured the Resolution would be given due and careful consideration. Mr. Scarbrough came before the Council requesting concessions for a Kiddies Land Amusement Center at Scotland Park, whereupon the folloti,ring motion was had: Moved by Alderman Spragins that the application of Mr. Scarbrough for the operation of a Kiddies Land Amusement Center at Scotland Park be referred to the Cit., Planager, with full power to approve or disapprove the project.
