Original vigorously protested the proposed construction of a railvoy switch track in the alley bet,,reen Lamas and Scott Avenue in said blocks BOO and ?09, ,erhereas Sid Caires presented tv,o letters hearing three signatures each stating that they had previously objected to the laying of the said switch track but that now have no objuections to the same. Thereupon the f olloKng motion -as had: Noved by Alderman Faotram that the City Attorney be directed to prepare the necessary ordinance for the purpose of granting a franchise to the 41chita 7 lley Railway to lay a Furitch track in the alley between Scott and Tamar Avenues in Blocks 200 and 209.
