The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in
called session on the above date at 8:30 A. M. in the Memorial Auditorium.
With the following members present:
W. B. Hamilton, Mayor
F. J. P!inirger., �(
Melvin B. Evans, 0 Aldermen
J. M. BAB;ER, 0
G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager
Geo. T. Henderson, City Clerk
Mayor W. B. Hamilton announced a quorum present.
Mayor Hamilton also announced this meeting was called for the
purpose of postponing the regular meeting to be held'January 13th to January
20th since it is definitely known due to unavoidable circumstances, that a
quorum will not be present January 13th.
Moved by Alderman Wininger that since it will be impossible for a
quorum to assemble on January 13th, that the next regular meeting scheduled
to be held Monday, January 13th, be officially postponed to Monday night,
January 20th.
Motion seconded by Alderman Evans and carried.
Moved by Alderman Baber that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Evans and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
