plairor Hamilton announced this meeting was called for the purpose of
giving all interested citizens an opr)ortunity to express their views of the pro-
city plan to limit the sale of alcholic beverages to a certain area within the
city limits of the City Of r':'ichita Falls, Texas.
)Fessrs Greever, Harris, Gould, and others expressed t Heir desire and
the necessity for confining the sale of alcholic beverages to a certain area,
principally within the fire zone, while on the contrary, Messrs Summers, Prine ,
and others, expressed t';eir views that certain other business sections of the
City should also be permitted to engafie in the sale of alcholic beverages,
