M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium, with the following members present: B. Hamilton, 'Jayor C. A. Spragins, E. J. Vininger, J. M. Baber, Aldermen 0.' G. Stephens, G. That an election is hereby called on the ,7' day of April, A.D. 194JZ, for the purpose of electing a M ayor and three Aldermen for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas. SECTION 2. The places for which Aldermen shall be elected are hereby designated as Nos. 4, 5 and 6. Said Mayor and Aldermen shall serve the City of Wichita Falls for the ensuing two years and until their successors are elected and qualified. SECTION 3.
