across the sidewalk near the rear of the h:adio Building on the 9th Street side,
with provisions that said driveway entrance shall be constructed under the
supervision of the City Engineer, and with further provisions that the said
City Tire & Supply Company shall pay an annual rental of '60.00 to the City of
'Wichita Falls for the discontinuance of one parking meter where the driveway

disclosed reveal that the above settlement is greater than could be recovered
through further continuance of the tax suit.
