The Board of Aldermen of the City of 'luichita Falls, Texas ', met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P.i•% on the above date in the Council Room
in the "'Memorial Auditorium Building. with the following members present:

'flavor 11. B. Hamilton announced a quorum present and that the Council
would proceed with the regular order of business.
The -Jinutes of the regular meeting held June llth were read and
approved as corrected.
A committee representing the 1�'ic'lita County `1" B Association, Vlichita
County ?Medical Society and others appeared before the Council requesting city
aid for the support of a county T B isolation ward, whereupon PMayor 5'y. B.
Hamilton appointed the entire council, including the City :.11anager, as a com—
mittee to confer with V'Ji.chita Uounty and the cof.Tuttee representing the 1 ichita
County T B Association and others to determine what action should or couldbe
t,�ken by the City.
Moved by Alderman Spragins that the Board of aldermen authorize and
order the City Clerk to transfer the sun of 4p100,000 from the Uity of Viiclhita
Falls "'Pater Improvement fi 5 time deposit account in the i irst National Bank to
the regular s'.ater Improvement i;5 checking account, and a like amount from the
City of m'ichita Falls "ater Improvement #5 time deposit account in the City
National Bank to the regular t'Iater Improvement #t5 checking account.

order the City Clerk to release and refund to the Uneeda Cab Company the sum.
of $390.00 now on deposit in the Taxicab Fund, and likev',riise to the Sheppard
Field Taxicab Service the sum of :r720.00, in accordance with the terns and
conditions of. Section 6-1506.2 Ordinance No. 1248 of the Codification of
Ordinances adopted by Ordinance No. 1315 passed and approved on the 6th day of
Januartr, A. D. 1941, with further provisions that sufficient proof in writing
be furnished to the satisfaction of the City Attorney, City 'tanager and City
Clerk showing there are no judgments or pending claims against the above
mentioned taxicab companies.
