'Moved by Aldermani Hyer that the Board of Aldermen authorize and
order the City Clerk to invest :a48.1000 of the Iiospita.l Improvement, Fund in
2% U. S . !'government Bonds; said bonds to be made payable to bearer and to
be held in trust by the City 11ational Bank as per reduest of the donor, Mr.
J. T. Perici ns.

The reauest of certain residents of the colored section for the City
to ave +alsa Street between Rosewood and Bailey was referred to the City
-al;ager..
:roved by Alderman 11inirger that the Board of Aldermen authorize a
tax refund of $1.50 to James 7atkins on account of a double tax payment and
order the City Clerk to dray,, a warrant for the same.
