6. The Vercantile National Bank at Dallas shall i.n no mariner be
responsible for the aenuineness, negotiability, acceptability, or eligibility of
the securities delivered to it under this application. Tt.9 only responsibility
is to hold such senuritiles as may be delivered to it, in accordance with the
agreement.
7. The Ifernanti le Vati anal Bank at Dallas is authorized to rl in the
maturinp, interest coupons on the securities which it holds under this agreement
and deliver them or their proceeds to the Depo-itory; orovided. however, that if
and whenever notified by the Depositor in writing to discontinue this practice
the said 1!ercantile National 'Bank shall obey such instructions, and it shall
thereafter hold such maturirw- interest without collection.
8. The, Mercantile National. Bank at Dallas is authorised to act upon
instruction given under the, signature of any officer of the Depository on file
with it. The signature of the Depositor iq that appended to this agreement, and
the said Mercanti.le 7ational 'Rank is authorized to act anon Instructions given
under this signature. Tf there should be a successor to anyone authorized to
