Henderson, City clerk The T�"Iinutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. A petition bearing approxi.ately 200 signatures, requesting the Council not to grant permission to 71% 0. Lioore to seine Lake Vichita for any purpose whatsoever, was presented to the Council by Attorney C. C. VeDonald. The petition was read and ordered filed in the office of the City C7 erk. The application of the_Central Church of the Nazarene for a permit to solicit funds was not acted upon due to the fact that the information disclosed revealed that the church building was to be relocated, which should necessarily come before the Planning and Zoning Comlission for action; therefore Council action on the application for a permit was temporarily postponed.
