Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Authorizing The City Manager To Execute All Documents Necessary
To Accept And Expend Grant Funds For The Bulletproof Vest
Partnership Grant And Appropriating Said Amount To The Special
Revenue Fund In The Amount Of $2,551.97
WHEREAS, the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant has been awarded by the
Bureau of Justice Assistance at a 1-to-1 matching ratio, with the federal amount being
$2,551.97 and the City of Wichita Falls matching amount being $2,551.97, for a total
grant award of $5,103.94.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept
and expend $2,551.97 for the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant from the Bureau of
Justice Assistance, and said amount is appropriated into the Special Revenue Fund.
