to the effect that the small house on the rear of the lot belonging to Mr. dyer
adjacent to 905 Holliday Street is not in conflict with Ordinance No. 880.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Board of Aldermen after having read
the report of the City Attorney, consider the comnlaint of Henry rourcier closed
and disallow any claim whatsoever. �
