The Board of Aldermen of the City of nichita malls, 'Texas, met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. b,. on the above date in the Council Room
in the memorial auditorium Building with the following members present:

for this meeting.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stephens and carried.
The meeting was called to order by Layor Pro tem J . h. Hunt who declared
a quorum present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

Manager to call for bids for the purchase of three truck chassis for the purpose
of completing certain fire equipment and apparatus being furnished the VAchita
Falls Auxiliary r'ire Department through the OUli.

issuance of chauffeurs license to uliver Lee Kay.

Clerk to employ one additional person to assist with the clerical work, etc. , in
the office of the "ity lilerk.

for the purpose of selecting three persons to be submitted for nomination to
serve on the Hospital hoard.
