regular session at 8:00 O'clock P. :I, on the above date in the Council Room
in the 111emorial Auditorium Building with the following members present:

Mayor Hood announced a quorum present.
The :minutes of the regular meeting held October 4th and called session
of October 7th were read and approved as read.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that chauffeur's license be granted to Winford
Hamilton.

the sale of said property for the purpose of applying the proceeds against
delinquent taxes.
