The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called
session at 5:30 P. IJI. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial
Auditorium Building with the following members present:

J. W. Hunt, Aldermen

J. A. Giddings, Jr., City Manager
T. A. Hicks, City Attorney
Geo. T. Henderson, City Glerk
Mayor Hood announced a quorum present.
The reading of the lanutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with
until the next regular meeting.

The Council discussed at length the plan as submitted by Crwwaer & Co.
for financing the proposed revenue bond issue, etc. , and declined to take any
action at this time since all members of the Council were not present.
