The Hoard of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. t% on the above date in the Council Room
in the P.Semorial Auditorium Building with the following members Present:

The Vinutes of the regular meeting held August 16th and the called
session on August 17th and 30th were read and aPProved as read.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Board of Aldermen authorize the
issuance of a dance hall license to Tiller Bros. at 812 Scott, sub ect to
compliance of all existing requirements.

A petition was presented in behalf of Eli Goodman, colored, reauesti.ng
that he be permitted to continue se¢ling peanuts at his Present location.

block on Ohio St.

A petition was presented to the Council bearing the signatures of a
number of residents in the John Hirschi Subdivision requesting city water con—
nections for their homes in said addition, whereupon the Council oet�the
matter referred to the City, Manager for study. yr ere
Another Petition was filed with the Council by certain residents in
100 block on Lincoln Street requesting water connection for their homes. This
netition also was referred to the City ".tanager for study and report back to the
Council.

of 1.00 to J. B. ?°arlow and wife, Snnhie, for the same project and waive exami-
nation of title and attnrney's opinion; and further authorize payment to ,w, E.
'"ilson and wife, Jessie, for an easement and right of wav for the same nroect
and vaive examination of title, etc.
