RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER11EN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That an election is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of
April, A.D. 194 3, for the purpose of electing three Aldermen for the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas.
SECTION 2. The places for which Aldermen shall be elected are hereby desig-
nated as Nos. 1, 2, and 3. Said Aldermen shall serve the City of Wichita Falls for
the ensuing two years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
SECTION 3. The election shall be held in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas and the ordinances and Charter of the City of Wichita .Falls, made
and provided in such cases. The places for holding said election shall be at the
Central Fire Station; Travis School; Barwise School; Wichita County Court House,-
Kemp Public Library; Baber's Pharmacy; 17th Street Fire Station; Jefferson Street
Fire Station; 7th Street Fire Station; Floral Heights Cook Shop; 1911 Collins;
Patton's Pharmacy; Giddings Street Fire Station; ldonroe Street Pharmacy; English
Pharmacy; Buchanan Street Fire Station; Holldand's Barber Shop; Estep Pharmacy;
and East Side Presbyterian Church; and shall be conducted by the following named
persons:
All voters living in Wichita County Voting Precinct No. 1, which is included
within the following boundaryi "Beginning at the intersection of center line of
Seventh Street with the center line of Rv&DC Railway Company main track, thence
west with the center line of Seventh Street to center line of Lamar Street, thence
