City attorney T. a. Hicks gave a report on his trip to Austin where he
represented the -i.ty of ,ichita Falls in the ,matter of -tate proposal to control
municipally owned airports.
City attorney T. A. hicks also reported that in its opinion the City
of '� ichita o'al4s�cbou�G�erfect a plan for payment of penalty and interest on
delinquent Laxes. ;tier p n ',:ayor Mood instructed the City Attorney to prepare
such an ordinand for sub_nyssion to the City Council.
;Moved by Alderman Baber that the City Clerk be authorized and ordered
to draw a warrant in the amount of :'100.00 payable to the United States Conference
of Mlayors for annual :membership fee.
