The Board of Aldermen of the City of ' ichita Falls, Texas, met in regular
session at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the above date in the Council Room in the 'Memorial
Auditorium Building, with the following members present:

The ',`inutes of the regular meeting of February lst were read and approved
as read.

'loved by alderman Hyer that chauffeur's licenses be granted to Jas. H.
Bailey, Jr., N. L. Gaston, and Odell hobertson; and that the applications of
Kenneth Coulson and J. B. Pruitt be refused and denied.
Motion seconded by alderman Baber and carried.
`loved by Alderman Fitzpatrick and license be granted to G. Peeler to
operate a dance hall known as the 400 Club at 705 Travis.

'roved by Alderman Stephens that r;`. G. Richardson and B. P. Jones be
granted license to operate a domino parlor known as the ',;es-Tex Athletic Club at
808� Scott Street.

Moved by Alderman Hyer that the City clerk be atuhorized and ordered to
refund the sum of ,40.50 to T. J. Bettes Co. of Houston on account of homestead
exemption for the year 1942 of Herbert Karronbrock on Lot 26, Block 5, ',arlborough
Addition.

amount of 4227,81, be granted since said property was accuired for parking
facilities at Coyote Stadium, and further ti,a.t the City Tax Collecton, Ii. J.
Anderson,be authorized and ordered to cancel said takes on said property
above described.
