The Board of Aldermen of the City of '`:ichita Falls met in regular
session at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Room of the :J.Iemorial Auditorium
Building on the above date with the following members present:

The Minutes of the regular meeting of December 7th were read and
approved.
Mayor Hood appointed a committee of three consisting of S':. Ralph 11yer,
Chair.nan, J. A. Giddings, Jr. , City 1Ianager, and :r. L. C. =�ob`�ins to con-
fer with the local :med.ical society for the purpose of determining a solution
of the present H.abies problem affecting the canines running at large

A public hearing vias held on the 1942-43 appropriation ordinance
