The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
a regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. 1. in the Council Room of the Lemorial
Auditorium Building on the above date with the following members present:

The minutes of the regular meeting of November 9th, were read,
and approved by 1hayor tad. t'. good as read.
Yoved by Alderman Hyer that the 'Board of Aldermen postpone con-
sideration of proposed ordinance granting the Community Natural Gas Company
a franchise, for further consideration by the Council.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Bibs-r and carried.

the water levee of Lake Wichita., with all expenses paid.
