The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regularly called session at 6:30 O'cic-ck P. 11 . in the Council Room
of the i,-emorial Auditorium Building on the above date with the following
rembers present:

Mayor flood announced the purpose of this special meeting to be
to hear plea of representative from Letals Reserve Company, Washington, D. C.
regarding proposed alterations of specifications as originally prepared in
plan for removing street car rails from the streets of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and the replacing of such pavement as removed to its original
condition.
\� Moved by Alderman Hyer that the Board of Aldermen appoint
Garland Franks, Acting City Clerk, in the absence of J. R. Crouch, City
Clerk, during the meeting.

Loved by Alderman I"yer that the Board of Aldermen authorize the
Engineering Department of the C;_ty of Wichita Frills, Tizxas, to alter
specifications for removing street car rails, and replacing paving removed
in accordance with requirements of the Y_etals Reserve Company.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.
Yoved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen adjourn.
