That the City of nichita falls is donating its street car
rails to the united States Government, or an agency thereof, for the
promotion of the sar effort and will enter into agreement with a
designated agency of the government, WIA, whose engineers will draw up
a proposal for submission to the City of bichita falls, in which it is
agreed that the rails will be removed with§6 a minimum of disturbance to
the streets and that the slots will be filled in a workman-like
manner, subject to the inspection of the City Engineer of the uit7 of
Wichita falls.

deposited in the special fund known as the"Sanitary Sewer Construction lac. 1,,,
the sum of $2485.00, charging; same to the later Cperations and Laintenance Fund,
and;
the uovernment of the United States paid on final estimate
the sum of 22070.00 leaving a balance of 01746.25 in said fund.
