The Board of Aldermen cf the City of Wichita r'alls fret in a
regularly called meeting at eleven o'clock A. ui. in the Council zoom
of the ziemori al Auditorium Luilding on the above date with the following

Ll:ayor hood announced one purpose of this meeting to be the receiving
of bias on 'Texas llocket No. 41-167.
Engineers in charge of construction under docket I o. 'Tex. 41-167
reported to the Board of Aldermen no bids had been received, and recommended
that the Board indefinitely postpone consideration of bids on this project
until such time as contractors are in position to bid on sai I. project, or are
in position to either file bids on original specifications or negotiate a
contra ct.

of vichita rails, in view of the fact that no bids have been received on
sanitary sewer construction project designated as 'Texas Docket ivo. 41-167,
and in view of the fact that the engineers in charge of said project advise,
and report to the Board of Aldermen, that contractors wLth proper and
necessary equipment will be in 'position to bid on specifications on said
llocket, or negotiate contr cal in the rear future, indefinitely postpone con-
sideration of bids of any character on Texas llocket ho. 41-167 until such time
as contractors hav#,,the necessary and proper equipment are in a position to bid
on specifications,":-Kr to negotiate a contract or_ said pro ject.
