The hoard of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. lr'_. in the ;ouncil Room of the Memorial
Auditorium Building on the above date with the following members present:

The minutes of the regular meeting of play llth, were read.
wayor 11. 1". Hood declared the minutes approved as read.
Petition for extension of local bus service to the southeast part
of the city was filed with the Council.
Loved by Alderman Stephens that the board of Aldermen grant
dance license to Lily Mae Jackson, (colored) 702 %lout Street.

Moved by Alderman Stephens that the Board order payment of 397.52

to huff-mytinger & Valker in discharge of reimbursement water main contract,
being the amount due under said contract from April 1, 1941 to April 1, 1942.

Moved by Alderman Williams that chauffeurs license be granted to

motion seconded by Alderman Stephens and carried.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the board of Aldermen authorize
and order the pavment of 825.00 per month for stenographic services and charge to
Account No. 1-a 2 effective l:,ay 1, 1942.
