P. nood, v,ayor Mi. A. Haber, 1 J . w. Fitzpatrick, ! W. Ralph hyer, ! Aldermen v. E. Stampfli , ! u. G. Stephens, ! J�.s. I:'_. Tilliams, T. Bryan faller, City Manager J . h. Crouch, City Clerk 1`. A. nicks, City Attorney `the minutes of the regular meeting of Liay 4th, and regularly called meetings may 7th at 10:00 o'clock A. L1. and 11:00 o'clock A. t,. were read. mayor W. P. hood declared the minutes approved as read. Alderman Stephens was excused, and left the Council Room. A committee of the Hoard negotiating with the Community 1vatural Gas Co. , and the united Gas Corporation filed a written report and analysis of their negotiations, and suggested that the Board of Aldermen agree with said companies to accept the schedule producing 2/o as set out in the said report; contract subject, however, to the final approval of the .Board of Aldermen. Koss 17.55 First rederal Savings a Loan Tom henderson 12.75 kotion seconded by Alderman baber and tarried. woved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen authorize and order the transfer of 094,083.41 to the (;itjr of Oichita Falls Sinking rund Account from the City of Wichita Falls lntero st Fund Account, for the payment of principal due on or before June 1, 1942. Rotion seconded by Alderman iitzpatrick and carried. wloved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen authorize the purchase of one - 1936 Diamond T model 2, 1 1/2 ton truck from the City Lachine whop for a consideration of $537.50& for street department.
