The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita r'alls met in a
regularly called special meeting at 11:00 o'clock A. iv:. in the Council
Room of the Memorial Auditorium bldge on the above date with the Following
members present:

J. r,. Crouch, City Clerk
Engineers in charge of Sanitary Sewer Construction under Federal
Works Agency Docket lvo. 41-167, reported to the Board of Aldermen that
the Federal works Agency had determined and set n.ay 25, 1942 for receiving
bids on Docket 1No. 41-167, Sanitary Sewer Construction, and authorize the
advertising for bids on same.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the hoard of Aldermen authorize
the advertising for bids on Sanitary hewer Construction, Docket i�lo. 41-167.
notion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried.
Roved by Alderman Hyer that the Board of Aldermen adjourn.
Motion seconded by Alderman tuber and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
