The Board of Aldermen of the City of Vdchita . 'alls met in a
regularly called special meeting at 10:00 o'clock A. V1. in the council noom
of the iv_emorial Auditorium Bldg. on tiie above date with the following, members
present:

J. 1T. Crouch, city Clerk
wayor Hood announced the purpose of the special meeting to
be the receiving and opening of bids on Sanitary Sewer Construction under
the federal l+orks Agency Docket ivo. 41-167.
Engineers reported to the hoard of Aldermen that no bids
have been received on Docket No. 41-167.
woved by Alderman riyer that the Board of Aldermen authorize
the engineers in charge of the sanitary Sewer Construction, Docket Ao. 41-167
to negotiate with the Federal Works Agency for the setting of new dates for
bids on said project.
