The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular
session at 8:00 o'clock P. Ni. in the Council Room of the uemorial Auditorium
Building on the above date with the following members present:

The minutes of the regular meeting of April 6th, were read.

of April 6th, be approved as read.
Notion seconded by Alderman ivaylor and carried.
Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize the
purchase of one - 1941 Ford Coupe from Ben F. Lockhart for $570900 for the use
of the Fire Department.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.

WHNR&Aa, at a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, held at the regular meeting place in the Council Room
of the b.emorial ,Auditorium Building in said City on the 13th of April 19420
at which a quorum was present, came on to be considered the returns of the
City election held on April 7, 1942, for the purpose of electing a Blayor and
three aldermen for -said City, and;
V�hERt;AS, after canvassing the returns of said election it was
found to be duly and legally held in all respects, and there were cast at
said election 2,576 votes for the election of the iviayor and three Aldermen,
