The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular
session at 8:00 o'clock e. k. in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium
Building on the above date with the following members present:

ing.
motion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried.
Public hearing scheduled on order of the Board of Aldermen March 9th,
and set for regular meeting of March 16th, on proposed Ordinance No. 1337 was
called.

license to e'rancis E. Smith.

City Attorney, T. A. Hicks, filed a written opinion dated March 16th
in re Polhemus request to extend the south boundary line of lots fronting on
Woodrow Street into the Parkway three feet and execute a deed to the City for
a street 47 feet wide, advising that the City vas without authority to reduce
the width of the street and Parkway without anapplication of all parties having
an interest therein, and upon a finding by the :Board of Aldermen that it will
be for the benefit of the applicants and not a detriment to the public in
general.

Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize pay-
ment of 91799.81 to the Wichita General Hospital for deficit for the month
of February, upon payment of like sum by Wichita County.
