SECTION 1. ' That an election is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of April, A. D. 1942, for the purpose of electing three Aldermen and a Mayor for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas. SECTION 2. The places for which Aldermen shall be elected are here- by designated as Nos. 4, 5, and 6.
