The reading of the minutes of the regular session of February
16th, was deferred.
H report was read by Thelbert I.artin, City Attorney, recommending
that the claims filed by Vayne Somerville February 16, 1942, on behalf of
several persons for compensation allegedly due them for services rendered as
regular employees of the r'ire Department for the City of Vvichita Falls be
not allowed.
Yo-red by Alderman Villiams that the board of Aldermen accept the
report of the City Attorney in the alleged compensation due former firemen,
and disallow said claim.

Irved by Alderman Pyer that the Board of Aldermen Grant the use
of the Ieunicipal Auditorium the night of February 27th, for the Rubinoff
Concert, sponsored by the Texas Defense Guard without charge.
