`l'he Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Room of the kemorial
Auditorium Building on the above date with the following members present:

Public Vbrks Division, Docket ho. 'Texas 41-122, in order to aid in
j financing the construction of Defense Public Work, estimated to cost
0119,800, consisting of the installation of a 24" water main connecting
the new water plant to the Sheppard Field Seater line at 7th and Ohio
btreets; and

sentatives of the Community Natural Gas Co., and United Gas Co. , relative
to levying of gross sales tax.
