The Board of Aldermen of the Oity of Wichita Falls met in
regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. ".'. in the Council Room of the 1"emorial
Auditorium Puilding on the above date with the following members present:

The minutes of the regular me ting of November 24th, were read.

of November 24th, be approved as read.

Norman R. Crozier, Tr. Attorney for the Federal Works Agency
submitted a contract between t`e United States of America and the City of
'Tichita Falls, Docket No. Tex-=s 41121X, being a contract for payment in
lieu of taxes on develppment including approximately 175 dwelling units.

The Yayor referred the proposed contract to the Lei-al Department.

Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Board, of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls hereby grant to the Western union Telegraph C,>. ,
permission to extend underground plant from manhole No. 7 in 8th Street
near the southt^est corner of the City National Fank 1-tuilding to
rroposed location in 8th Street opposite the T'arr_ilton Ruilding.

yoved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen authorize
the removal of two parking meters on Uhio Avenue immediately in front
of building previcusly occupied as the ??nion Pus Station, for the
purpose of allovinp., loading* and unloading space for local passengers
and transit buses.
