Crozier, Tr. Attorney for the Federal Works Agency submitted a contract between t`e United States of America and the City of 'Tichita Falls, Docket No. Tex-=s 41121X, being a contract for payment in lieu of taxes on develppment including approximately 175 dwelling units. I The Yayor referred the proposed contract to the Lei-al Department.
