session at 8:00 o'clock P. Y. in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium
Building on the above date with the following members present:

portions of appropriations made and ordained for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1941, from departments, divisions, and accounts where such
unexpended ap;-)ropriations exist, to departments, divisions, and accounts
where normal and ordered expenditures create and will create an over-
expenditure of the original anpropr`-ation:

THAT transfers of certain unexpended portions of appropriations
from departments, divisions and accounts where such unexpended appropria-
tions exist to the departments, divisions and accounts where normal and
ordered expenditures create and will create an over expenditure of the
original appropriatior:, be and are hereby ordered as per schedule reviewed
by this Board and filed in the records of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTI-TIER, RESOLVED and ordered that the budget appropriations 1
as finally approved for the fiscal period 1941 - 1942, and succeeding
fiscal periods, be strictly observed by all departments and divisions and
all employees charged with the requisition ar.d -urchase of all materials,
supplies, equipment and labor of any nature; that no expenditure be made
or charged against any appropriation unless, and until, sufficient a^pro-
priation has been duly provided and made by the Board of Aldermen.

division, including all of Lot 5 Smoot Subdivision, set out in map and
plat attached hereto, and made a part hereof.

of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereby authorize and approve anq agreement by
and betv;een said City and Wichita County, Texas, whereby Wichita County ?
sells and transfers to the Oity of Wichita Falls all their right, title
and interest in and to a 2" water line heretofore installed and owned j
jointly by the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita County, for and in con-
sideration of the installation of a 2" water meter to be set at the
junction of the City's 6" water main, idth a new 2" water line installed,
by Wichita County for v,.ater service to the Wichita County Farm.
