AS, the City of Wichita Falls owns and operates a municipal water plant and water distribution system for the supply of water to municipal F users and has an excess of said water for --ale, and; i MMI RAS, the Government of the United States of America is under- taking the construction of facilities for the United States Army Air Corps School in the vicinity cf Wic2Tiita Falls, Texas, the project being generally known as the Aviation Mechanics School, a National defense project, such project authorizing the delivery and use of potable water at the site for future operations. 4 Mr, 'IhEREP'OxE, a IT R :SOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, that Alayor W.
