The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita r'alls met in a regular-
ly called session Wednesday October 22nd, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council
Room cf the 1,1emorial Auditorium Building, U4th the following members present:

Mayor Fitzgerald anr,,ounced the purpose of this meeting to be the
openinrf and consideration of bids on plans and specifications regularly
submitted and notice to contractors by publication for the construction of
sanitary sewer ir-provements and extensions, Docket No. Texas 41-121. Bids
were duly opened and reviewed and recorded as follows:

Mayor Fitzgerald referred all bids to engineer in charge for tabula-
tion and report to the Board of Aldermen.
F. 1". nugeley, Eng}neer in charge of Docket No. Texas 41-121 reported
the bid of Clouse & Yathis to be the lowest and best bid in the total sum of
$21,999.13, and recommended the award of contract on this bid.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, award to Clouse & Mathis of San Antonio, Texas, contract

for the construction of sanitary sewer iipprovements and extensions, Docket No.
Texaas 41-121, hereby declaring and accepting the bid of said Clouse, and R"athis as
the lowest and best bid for said construction, at the total bid sum of $21,999.13,
9 and further authorize the execution of contract by the proper City authorities for
said construction_.
