Min 10/06/1941 647 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium, October 6, 1941 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session at 8:00 o'clock P. Y. in the Council Room of the alemorial Auditorium Building on the above date with the follovdng members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, mayor w. Ralph Hyer, l H. T. Naylor, ! Aldermen V. E. Stamplfli, Q Tas. ''. 'Ulliams, R T. Bryan killer, City Yanager T. rt. Crouch, City Clerk T. A. Yartin, Asst, City Attorney The minutes of the regular session September 29th, were read. Yoved by Alderman Naylor that the minutes of the regular session of September 29th be approved as read. Yotion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried. Moved by Al(�erman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen authorize, and approve, the sale of Lot 1, Block 25, Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to W. E. 'Filson, for a consideration of $100.00. Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. Yoved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen hereby authorize Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald to enter into contract for and in behalf of said City of Wichita Falls with the Government of the United States of America, to furnish and supply rater to the Army Housing Project immediately vest and adjacent to the present City Limits at present existing rates applicable inside the City Limits. Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried. Yoved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize and order adjustment of personal and property taxes and settlement of same as set out in the following- schedule.
