Min 09/15/1941 633" Wichita Falls, Texas September 15, 1941 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session at 8:00 o'clock in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building on the above date with the following members: i W. Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the minutes of the regular session of September B't.h, be approved as read. a Motion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried. f ORDINANCE NO. 1330 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5110 PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 19TH DAY OF MAY, 1924, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REMOVAL OF BUILIENGS KTHIN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES KH VIOLATIONS," V11ICH SECTION IS ALSO KNOW AS SECTION 16-106 OF CODIFICATION ! OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF iRICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, 1941, SO AS TO REQUIRE THAT ALL NECESSARY PERMITS BE OBTAINED AT THE TARE A BUILDING PERMIT IS OBTAINED, INCLUDING PLUMBING PERMIT, ELECTRICAL PERMIT, SEVER CONNECTION i PERMIT, EXCAVATION PERMIT AND ETC.; AND THAT ALL SUCfi PERMITS BE OBTAINED BEFORE T+'ORK IS BEGUN UPON ANY NET; CONSTRUCTION OR UPON ANY NEW REPAIRS TO BE MADE TO OLD -OUNSTRIICTIONS. ALSO PROVIDING 11HAT A PERMIT CARD BE ISSUED VEIQ3 SHALL BE POSTED AT THE PLACE OF CONSTRUCTION IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE AND VISIBLE FROM 3' THE STRUT; AND THAT SAME SHALL REMAIN SO POSTED DURING THE TIME OF I CONSTRUCTION; AND IECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <t Moved by Alderman Naylor that Ordinance No. 1330 be passed on its first reading. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen approve the expenditure of approximately $200,00 for lighting fixtures to be installed in the new Police Station. Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
