Bryan Miller, made a report on the County Farm two inch water line, and petitioners in this matter were heard. Moved by Alderman Hyer that the Mayor appoint a committee of the Council to confer with the meter users on the County Farm two inch water line, and the Commissioner's Court in an efrort to determine an equitable solution for all parties interested in the line. Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. The Mayor appointed on this committee Aldermen Stampfli, Naylor and Fitzpatrick. Moved by Alderman Hyer that the BoEr d of Aldermen order temporary permit to issue for the installation of an air conditioning unit at 613 Indiana Avenue, providing for the removal of said unit upon the request of the proper City authorities. C. Mytinger Subdivision of Lots Nos. One to Seven, inclusive, of Block No. 2 of the Brook Avenue Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, map and plat hereto attached, and made a part hereof.
