The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met
on a call by Mayor W. F. Fitzgerald, on the above date.

Mayor Fitzgerald stated the purpose of this meeting to be the
consideration of bids for filter equipment .for the Waterworks Improvement,
and the further consideration of bids for elevated tanks.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls hereby rescind its action of Tune 3rd, in respect
1 only to its acceptance of the bid and approval of contract of the Taylor
Iron & Supply Co., of Macon, Ga., for elevated tank for the Waterworks
Improvement.

Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried.

Moved by Alderman Myer that the Board of Aldermen accept as the
j lowest and best bid the bid of the Chfa�pBridge & Iron Co., Dallas, Texas
for elevated tank for the Water Improvement at 4p6,200, and authorize Mayor
W. t. Fitzgerald to execute for and on oehalf of the City of Wichita Falls
contract with the Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., for said improvements as bid on
plans and specifications of vonsulting Engineer.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.

Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls accept and approve as the lowest and best bid the bid
of E. W. Bacharach & Co., Kansas Uity, on filter equipment, base bid at
V7b,204, and rurther authorize Mayor w. E. Fitzgerald to execute for and on
behalf of the City cC Wichita Falls contract with E. W. Bacharach & Co., for
said filter equipment for the Vsterworks Improvement, as bid on pland and
specifications of the Consulting Engineer.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
