The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls on call
of Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald, convened in recessed meeting May 26th, at 7:30 P. M.
o'clock, in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium with the following
members present:

J. Bryan Miller, City Manager

J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
Joe E. Ward, Consulting 2hgineer for the Waterworks Improve-
ment, reported to the Board of Aldermen with tabulated bids and written
recommendations, which were submitted and opened May 26th.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen accept
as the lowest and test bid the following:

to execute for and on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls, contract with the
low bidders set out above for Waterworks Improvement, all bids being on plans
and specifications of the Consulting Engineer.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen reject the
following listed bids:
