The Board of Aldermen met in regularly called session at
7:30 P. M. April 22, 1941 in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium
with the following members present:

1. Bryan Miller, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
Mayor Fitzgerald announced the

the consideration of auction bids on Provos d $250,000 City moftWi hitabe
Falls Bond issue. All bids were received and tabulated. The final bids
were as follows:
! Fenner & Beane and Associates, total interest cost $40,067,50
W. N. Edwards & Co. , and Associates. 39,640.00
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen accept
as the lowest and best bid on the nronosed $250,000 City of Wichita Falls
general obliPation bonds, the bid of W. N. Edwards & Co. , and Associates,
as the highest and best bid for $39,640.00. and further authorize
Mayor Fitzgerald to execute a contract with W. N. Edwards & Co. , and
Associates, for the delivery of said Bonds under the terms and conditions
bid.

Moved by Aldermar. Wolf' that the Board of Aldermen adiourn.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then ad?ourned.
