Min 02/24/1941 524 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium February $4, 1941 The Board of Aldermen met in regular session on the above date at 8:00 o'clock P. Y. in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor i t J. W. Fitzpatrick, W. Ralph Hyer, V. E. Stampfli, ( Aldermen Jas. M. Williams, Frank Wolf, J. Bryan Miller, City Manager J. H. Crouch, City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney i' Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen approve the petition of the Wichita Transit Corporation for designation of bus j routes dated the 17th day of February A. D. 1941. Motion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen rescind the action of the Board of Aldermen approving a petition of the Wichita Transit Corporation for designation of bus routes dated the 17th day of February A. D. 1941. Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried. i The bids on new fire equipment and abparatus were reviewed by the Board of Aldermen. Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen authorize the execution,f or and on behalf of the said City of Wichita Falls, by it's Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald, of a contract dated March 4, 1944 between the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita County, Texas, for the remodeling, operation and maintenance of the building belonging to said City situated on Lot 6, Block 176 Original Townsite, and immediately adjacent to the old Fire and Police Station Building, and conveying to Wichita County an interest in said re- modeled building on the terms and conditions set out therein, a Motion seconded by Alderman Wolf, and carried. I s fi E E i 1 3 i f 525 Moved by Alderman 'Wolf that the Board of Aldermen authorize payment of refund to Hamilton Martin Investment Co., in the sum of $1,050.00, satisfying terms of contract between the City of Wichita Falls and the Hamilton-Martin Investment Co., dated March 1, 1940 covering the installation of sewer lines in the Second Supplemental Addition to the County Club Estates. Motion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried. r I I Moved by Alderman 'Wolf that the Board of Aldermen adjourn. Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
