The Board of Aldermen met in regular session on the above date at
8:00 o'clock P. I:'. in the Council Room of the 1emorial Auditorium with the
following members present:

Yoved by Alderman tiavlor that the minutes of January 13th be approved
as read.

Yoved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen authorize
Iayor Y'. E. Fitzgerald to execute a deed for, and on behalf of, the City
of Vvichita Falls, said deed bearing date of January 20, 1941, and convey
to the Texas Electric Service Company two tracts of land:
Tract No. 1: Out of the northwest quarter of Tno. A.
Scott Survey i�o. 10, Abstract 302, I'lichito County, Texas.
Tract No. 2: Out of the northwest quarter of Jno. A.

R. E. St. Clair, President of the 'J'ichita Safety Council appeared
before the Board of Aldermen requesting; serious consideration of traffic
conditions at the Wichita Falls Senior !`i0h School. Layor Fitzgerald
arpointed a conli-ittee consisting of Aldermen, Hyer, Naylor and Stampfli to
cooperate with the School Hoard and the Safety Council in surveying;
i traffic conditions at the Senior _ igh School, and to bring recomr.endaticrs
