Trotior seconded by Alderman Villiams and carried. i I Tioved by Alderman 1'eilliams that the Board of Aldermen authorize the renewal of all current licenses for -Public Dance lialls and Public Domino Malls, conditioned upon -reports frorl the Police and Sanitary Departments that each place licensed is complying with the terms of the ordinance governing. Lininger for damages to his automobile. lotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. i i { 502 Loved by Alderman Williams that the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days be suspended and an emergency,be declared and Ordinance No. 1316 be passed on its second reading. 1'rotion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried by the follow- ing, vote: Yeas: Aldermen Fitzpatrick, Hyer, Naylor, Statnpfli, 'idi.11iams and Wolf i Nays: hone. Moved by Alderman iaylor that Ordinance No. 1316 be passed on its third and final reading-, and be adopted as read. V,otion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried by the following vote: i Yeas: Aldermen. Fitzpatric.., flyer, Naylor, Stampfli, Williams and Wolf. i Nays: None. Yoved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize the installation of an 1800 gallon under-ground gasoline storage tank by the Wichita Falls Gas & Oil Co. , said tank to be located at 1301 Iowa Park Road. Said installation to be under the supervision and ! direction of the Citv Engineer.
