renewal of all current licenses for -Public Dance lialls and Public Domino Malls,
conditioned upon -reports frorl the Police and Sanitary Departments that each
place licensed is complying with the terms of the ordinance governing.

wer the petition of land owners in 1'�ichita County, I':'ater improvement
Districts Taos. 1 and 2, wl-,o have heretofore been users of water for irriga-
tion rurposes frog^ the City acqueduct below the Lake ',ichita and the Canal
leading from said acqueduct to lands Fast of the City, advising them of the

position of the City in relation thereto.

City hana Lovedger to remove the wire fence, l ence posts and gates belonging to

the City from the Axtell property, formerly used by the National Guard units.

the claim. of C. A. Lininger for damages to his automobile.

to be read on three separate days be suspended and an emergency,be
declared and Ordinance No. 1316 be passed on its second reading.

Yoved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize
the installation of an 1800 gallon under-ground gasoline storage tank
by the Wichita Falls Gas & Oil Co. , said tank to be located at 1301
Iowa Park Road. Said installation to be under the supervision and !
direction of the Citv Engineer.
