Flicks, City Attorney The kinutes of the meeting of December 16th were read. Loved by Alderman Hyer that the minutes of December 16th be approved as read. i`_otion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Aldermen 11'aylor and ujilliams, as a Committee of the Board of Aldermen, reported through the City 1,`anager recommending the approval of suggested changes in the arrangement of buildings on the site of the I_unicipal Airport. ".roved by Alderman 'Wolf that the recommendation of the Committee and suf�­ested changes at the airport be accepted and approved. Yotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. V&A RI,SOLUIZO u Yoved by Alderman ryer that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls authorize the execution for, and on behalf of, the City of Wichita Falls for that certain Works Progress Administration, Project Proposal, Sponsor's Proposal No. 5-40, and being a project for the "Beauti- fication dnd improvement of Park facilities, including the beautification of various parks and street parkways by planting of shrubs, trees, construction of walks, and sodding of grass strips; building of fences around Riverside Cemetery; reconstructing swimming pool in negro park; removing of poor soil from parkways and replacing with selected top soil; and doing other work appurtenant to this improvement," and further that V. E. Fitzgerald, Yayor of the City of Wichita Falls be authorized to execute such Project as the Sponsor Is Agent, and that i . Bryan biller, City ivianager, be aut'I ori zed to execute such project proposal as the fiscal officer of said City. Yotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. E. Fitzgerald, mayor of the City of Wichita Falls be authorized to execute such Project as the Sponsor's Agent, and that J. Bryanliller, City Yanager, be authorized to execute such project proposal as the fiscal officer of said City. Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Lynn located on Lots 7 and 8 Block 22 Sibley Taylor Addition to Lot 7 Block 25 Sibley Taylor Addition being No. 2213 Jasper Street, according to the terms and specifications of the bid of 1- =-.
